Green Compass is a health and wellness company focused on providing high-quality hemp-derived CBD products. Their extensive range of CBD products includes oils, topicals, capsules, and pet care items. Green Compass is in an ongoing partnership with RedSky Engineering which began by completing development for their website redesign and continues with ongoing feature development for their ecommerce platform.

Replicated Site Redesign

Within a few short months we took over, completed, and launched a frontend redesign of the site that a previous dev shop had failed to deliver on.

Perks Program

We created a perks program that integrated with product detail pages, autoships, and checkout flows, including a new webpage to market the new program.

Quality Assurance Automation

We used Testim to conduct automated quality assurance tests to streamline the QA process.

Strapi CMS

We've converted a majority of the website's pages to leverage Strapi's headless CMS so that GC's marketing team can make changes without incurring development costs. This way developers can work on developing new features instead of changing images or text. A win-win for everyone!

Promo Engine

We created a new promo engine that allows site administrators to create and manage all ecommerce promotions including discounts on products, shipping, and buy X get Y logic. The engine is integrated with the replicated site, back office, and enrollment flows.
