As a Sales Manager at RedSky Engineering, Nick is responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. He plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with the product development team to ensure that customer needs are met.
Nick thrives on solving problems by helping people find the right solutions. He is committed to continuous improvement, both for himself and his team, and is always looking for ways to enhance the sales process and deliver better results.
Nick has a deep love for life and enjoys helping people in any capacity he can. He also loves a good get-together, whether it's a camping trip, barbecue, or cruise. Being around people and building relationships is something Nick truly values.
